Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE: To prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with established policies; to assure that quality dining service is provided at all times.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED, ability to read, write and speak English, ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions in recipes. At least one year of prior cooking experience or dining service production, techniques of using standardized recipes and sanitary food handling.
