Reviews production schedules and related information and
confers with Plant Manager to determine material requirements to identify
overdue materials and to track material.
o Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to
departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
o Computes amount of material required to complete job orders.
o Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material
inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials.
o Uses MPS to schedule all paper production.
o Uses MRP to schedule all in-coming material to meet the paper production
schedule.
o Schedules and adjusts deliveries for paper and parts
o Expedite purchase orders for timely deliveries
o Negotiate discounts, terms and delivery cycles with suppliers
o Strategically plan supplier deliveries to meet schedules
o Work with the Materials group performing semi-annual inventory counts
o Internet sourcing, selection and ordering
o Maintain a dynamic production schedule
o Adjust schedules per customer service and sales requirements
o Print machine and product barcode labels as needed
o Review quotations for accuracy and assign delivery dates
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of MRP computer system
College degree in related field, APICS certification
Requires Bachelor's degree from four-year college or
university; or one to two year's related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
