The senior executive will responsible for the company relationship. Key liaison with all company entities to proactively communicate and monitor implementation, service and product issues for the client. Position as the client advocate within company cut through the red tape to resolve issues. The primary focus is on total client satisfaction. Receive all critical incident reports from client. Manage the corrective action process to the client satisfaction. Proactively manage, mitigate, and escalate risks. The candidate will influence sales of new business either across client division lines or company product services. Manage daily activities of functional team members to ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Provide continual internal communications to enhance the organizations effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues.
Requirements
5 years experience in a senior operations role in a fast-paced service environment. Managerial background is beneficial. Demonstrate presentation and communication skills. Experience in communication at various levels such as executive leadership and line staff is needed. Strong facilitator ability to lead business conversations is also required. Experience managing tasks and escalations from clients. Ability to travel at least 50% is required. Candidate location required to be within West Coast states.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
