We seek a dynamic, creative, outgoing Marketing Specialist to assist in the expansion of some of our newer engagement and fundraising activities. Some responsibilities will include playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our brand through the development of marketing assets; execution of our content marketing strategy; and oversight of 3rd party special events. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects, yet works well as part of a team. Prior marketing planning and/or special events planning experience is a plus.
Position
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, a plan to increase the number of group and individual participants and funds raised through Virtual Food Drives using TeamRaiser.
Develop and execute, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, a plan to expand the restaurant participation and funds raised through the restaurant fundraising program, Dine for Food. Help. Hope.
Assist with 3rd Party Special Events as primary liaison with the event planner(s) and outside event participants: donors, vendors, prospects, and volunteers.
Collaborate with departmental Web Team to help maintain fresh, dynamic content throughout all channels. Assist in developing and executing a content marketing strategy that aligns with brand positioning, Direct Mail Fundraising and other strategic objectives.
Assist in maintaining the consistency of the CFBNJ name and image across all media channels.
Coordinate use of freelancer(s) for graphic design projects throughout the organization.
Maintain and utilize analytics for segmentation of messaging to our diverse supporter base.
Responsible for data management and correspondence in relation to performance of job.
Essential Skills and
Experience:
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills; ability to work effectively with various constituencies and volunteers.
Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long range goals
Knowledge of budgeting
Negotiating skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
