Work with Architects and System Analysts to understand technical and business needs. Develop integrated solutions, troubleshoot issues, and developing design and code that utilizes appropriate technologies. Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations. Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective application programming and integration solution. Possible telecommute options after one year.
Reqs MS in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field plus at least 3 years (or BS and 6 years) IT design and development experience using Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, Servlets, Oracle and Unix. Experience must include: Websphere, JBoss EAP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate; implementation and support of enterprise software systems in the Healthcare and Insurance domains; Data Warehousing, Data modeling, and Database Tuning; and, defining and evaluating architecture. Hiring requirements: drug screen / background check. Res:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
