Property Masters Landscape Design has an immediate opening for a commercial Sr. Production Manager in Cartersville, GA.
Job Purpose:
To be a leader and a problem solver. To use job knowledge and skills to make informed decisions in a timely manner in order to achieve maximum results, while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service.
Duties:
Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning all projects sold and ensuring the customers and crew members are notified immediately of any changes.
Maintaining multiple scheduling tools and ensuring all are always kept current.
Monitoring the progress of ALL jobs and accurately reporting the job profit percentages to be sent to the President each week.
Managing the crews' time, job responsibilities, and holding them accountable for any shortcomings to ensure time and resources are not being wasted, and developing and initiating innovative ways to manage and cut expenses.
Identifying when additional help is needed, hiring associates who best fit the positions, ensuring associates receive proper initial and ongoing training (including safety training), and properly and efficiently delegating duties as needed.
Properly and effectively managing reporting associates while helping them build and sharpen their skills and knowledge by providing opportunities for growth by setting goals, objectives, and incentives.
Ensuring the Property Masters name is being upheld by overseeing the completion and quality of all jobs; including, but not limited to, completing multiple visits to each job, ensuring any customer complaints are addressed immediately and the customer is left 100% satisfied, overseeing the care of all equipment and vehicles, and ordering new equipment when necessary.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Minimum 5 years Landscape installation experience
Minimum 2 years management experience
Minimum 2 years of commercial landscaping experience
GCLP Certified & if not, a goal to be certified in one year;

This is a salaried position $40-50k with benefits including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life, 401k and Paid Time Off (PTO).
