Production Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Meet facility goals of safety, delivery, quality and cost
Execution of daily production schedule
Communication of order status to production and customer service teams
Development of individuals through Performance and Development Plan
Support facility growth through continuous improvement efforts
Stay aligned to the company's culture and values
Qualifications:
Two year degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably metal or building manufacturing
Demonstrated leadership skills a must
Intermediate MS Office skills
Strong technical aptitude
MRP/JDE knowledge a plus
Other skills required to be successful in the job include excellent communication, relationship building, team building and ability to empower and lead with impact
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
