E-Procurement Specialist

Must Have
Bachelors degree or the equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years eCommerce/eProcurement experience
EDI and XML experience is preferred
Experience with eProcurement Partners such as Ariba, Hubwoo and SciQuest
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
Working with the eProcurement Project Manager and eCommerce Business Manager, facilitates the eProcurement implementation process for all sell-side eProcurement opportunities.
Works closely with the customers technical and business contacts, as well as appropriate MSC internal technical and business liaisons to coordinate all activities associated with implementing an eProcurement solution.
Maintains current status of all integration in the eProcurement implementation database.
Communicates with Internal Business Owners and Customers as to the requirements and status of the all eProcurement Opportunities.
Works with the different business departments, and within the eBusiness team, to identify business / technical issues or barriers.
Assists eProcurement Project Manager in performing barrier removal to enable successful customer implementations.
Educates the Field Sales organization on the eProcurement implementation process.
Formats and produces electronic catalogs for customers.
Works with the eProcurement partners and customers to ensure all new customer electronic catalogs are implemented in a timely manner.
Works to develop a more automated process for producing and updating catalogs in order to provide updates on a more frequent basis.
Produces monthly eProcurement reporting for sales management.
Provides the eCommerce Customer Service Representatives with up-to-date information required for business transactions.
Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSCs mission.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
