Review existing OIC R12 Implementation to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend more efficient setup processes.
Reduce calculation time for paysheets.
Generate commission reporting for each Rep Group directly from Oracle.
Create report to display manual transactions separately (instead of one summary line).
Provide customer with understanding of error messages generated during calculation process
Qualifications
5
years of experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation.
Deep understanding of OIC business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Highly organized.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
