Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Finance or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
7-10 years of relevant experience
Thorough understanding and experience of GAAP and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis, SAP software
Ability to analyze and translate complex data
Proficient with Microsoft Office and database management tools
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for accounting processes and policies of significance, evaluation of possible solutions
Prepare tax and treasury quarterly and annual tax and financial statements
Perform economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments
Prepare comprehensive evaluations, present proposals and recommendations
Evaluate internal controls and security to ensure compliance with auditing standardsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
