Requirements
Successful research experience in coatings development, specifically coatings formulation and application, product development, and performance characterization. Knowledge of coatings, urethane chemistry, 3rd party approvals, and current regulatory environment is required. Strong organizational skills, with ability to execute multiple parallel projects with independence and without supervision. Demonstrated ability to work under strict timelines.
Education
Ph.D. degree is preferred, but a M.Sc. or equivalent degree will be sufficient.
