MTS 1, Business Systems Analyst
PayPal, Inc. seeks, MTS 1, Business Systems Analyst in La Vista, Nebraska.
Job Duties:
Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports. Inform investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions. Monitor developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory. Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs. Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, or personal interviews. Recommend investments and investment timing to companies, investment firm staff, or the public. Determine the prices at which securities should be syndicated and offered to the public. Prepare plans of action for investment, using financial analyses. Evaluate and compare the relative quality of various securities in a given industry. Present oral or written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries. Work in a team environment. This position has no direct reports and does not supervise or manage other staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or closely related quantitative discipline and six (6) year of experience in job offered or six (6) years in the field of financial or business analysis or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or closely related quantitative discipline and eight (8) years of experience in job offered or eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of financial or business analysis.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience must include:
BizAps invoice processing tools (Supplier portal and Invoice approval portal) and integration of OCR solution with SAP; developing and supporting SAP HR; Payroll; Concur interface to submit expenses and HR applications running on ECC 6 or earlier versions; Configuring, supporting SAP SRM, SAP GL (including new GL), FICO, AP, AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets and SD applications running on ECC 6.0 or earlier version of R3; Configuring, supporting and maintaining applications using SAP FI, MM modules; and accounting processes.
