Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Town of Lee Skilled technical work in the operation and maintenance of the municipal wastewater treatment plant and sewer collection system.
High school graduate with wastewater treatment courses; two years experience in municipal wastewater treatment and collection; or, any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have, or be able to obtain within one year of hiring, Massachusetts certification as Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator.
Massachusetts driver's license required, commercial driver's license preferred.
Regular 40 hour/5 day workweek.
Works alternating weekends/ holidays, and is on call.
Salary range of $31,737 to $43,407 with benefits.
$2,000 bonus for Massachusetts Drinking Water Facilities Certified Grade 2D Full Operator's license.
