Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

CCT ENTERPRISES, LLC IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK
If you have great organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and decision making skills we may be looking for YOU.
Responsible for monthly checking accounts reconciliation.
Distribute incoming mail. Prepare and send outgoing mail.
Responsible for month-end procedures and closings of financials.
Responsible for keeping cash flow projection up to date.
Responsible for maintenance of financial records
Prepare reports and correspondence required by the nature of the work.
Responsible for all accounts receivable/payable transactions.
Responsible for company payroll administration, in conjunction with human resources.
Organized, neat, clean, 5S
Cooperate and participate in all required ISO functions including internal and external audits as required.
Daily contact and interaction with vendors and customers.
Experience in the operation of computer operating systems, i.e. Microsoft Office.
Ability to effectively transact business with individuals.
This position will be eligible for our competitive number of benefits, and an annual salary based on experience and competence.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
