Pay Rate: $12 - $15 Depending on Experience

General Description:
The Purpose of this position is to verify that all characteristics meet customer specifications
Major Functions:
1.Safety
Optimize Safety/ Minimize Risk
-Wear Required PPE
-Adhere to Safety Precautions
2.Read, Understand and Follow Work Instructions (WI) and Process Control Standards (PCS)
-Access Paradigm to Review and/or Print WI or PCS
-Recommend Revisions and Updates to the WI and PCS
3.Interpret Customer Drawings
-Verify the drawing part number matches the manufacturing router
-Review the drawing to obtain specified dimensions, features, tolerances and customer requirements
4.Set Up Equipment
-Set up proper fixtures
-Select appropriate program when running Smartscope
-Select proper measuring equipment and calibrate as required ( May include gauge blocks and pins )
5.Maintain Equipment
-Clean and organize equipment and work area
-Verify accuracy of all measuring equipment
-Request reorder of consumables as needed
6.Operate Equipment
-Micrometers
-Indicators
-Comparator
-Smartscope
-Microscope
-Plotting Stations
7. Verify and Accurately Record Data Into ERP Computer System, Manufacturing Routers, Logs, Databases and Control Charts
8. Manage the Calibration Program
9.Adhere to Escalation Policy
10. Generates Paperwork for nonconforming materials as required by quality system(s)
