COO - Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer
Reporting to the President and CEO and partnering with Board members, COO is responsible for the overall management of operations, including the Finance Department, Human Resources, Support Services, Information Management Systems (IMS) and Quality Departments. S/he will oversee strategic planning and related implementation efforts as well as lead the development, implementation and oversight of new service lines.

Experience managing the finance and legal functions of an organization is preferred. Proven track record in managing costs, enhancing efficiencies, and improving revenue cycle management.
Superior relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed political savvy and personal diplomacy that allow this individual to work successfully with and among power centers and sources of influence.
A person of unquestioned honesty and integrity.
Bachelor's degree and a MBA preferred Finance or Business are preferred. Minimum of 20
years of experience.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
