Duties
o Provides 5-star customer service to create a great shopping experience.
o Completes store operational requirements by creating schedules, forecasting weekly & monthly sales, proactively monitoring and controlling payroll.
o Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retains a great sales staff to achieve store sales goals.
o Drives results by coaching, counseling, and motivating the team.
o Maintains merchandising of all products and displays.
o Discovers and creates ways to market the store.
o Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with all customers.
o Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining accurate monthly inventories.
o Effectively manages the receiving and operations processes to ensure all merchandise is secure.
o Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
o Maintains the stability, integrity and reputation of the store by complying with all company policies and legal requirements.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending vendor seminars. Reviews professional publications, and establishes personal networks.
o Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
o Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
o Work flexible schedules; such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
o Perform all opening and closing procedures timely and accurately.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
