The technical recruiting team is excited to hire a new team member to join us in enhancing our Healthcare IT Practice. As a Technical Recruiter you will partner with hiring teams to conduct needs analysis and uncover exceptional talent from a variety of sources. You will source and engage the brightest technical minds in the world. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team, requiring consistent juggling and daily prioritizing. The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Should have previous/current experience in an IT Recruiting role, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of comfort in a competitive marketplace.
Adaptability and ability to learn new technologies and industries quickly.
Experience with ATS Systems and an ability to use them efficiently.
Ability to use multiple sources for candidate searches and resume sourcing.
Team player and a drive to succeed as a team as well as individually.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
