Entry Level Manufacturing Production

Voted Northeast Ohio top 10 best places to work in 2015! SFI Industrial is currently hiring entry level manufacturing roles. Primarily looking to fill 2nd/3rd shifts, with limited first shift opportunities. We're looking for the best of the best, as our comp package is one of the best! We start our labor roles at a minimum of $11.50/hr. and offer a bonus program that will add up to 12% every quarter. We also have an excellent healthcare package that's available after 90-days as a full time employee.
We expect potential employees to be flexible with shift availability, have a great attitude, commit to a long-term career (not just a job) and understand what it means to take pride in your work. We're all in the business of customer service hereand making the best possible product for our clients. Having prior experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd
Compensation: $11.00-12.00
No direct experience in manufacturing is necessary but is preferred!!
Positions available in:
- Injection Mold
- Machine Operating
- Production
Job Requirements:
o Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalent
o Clean Criminal History ( NO felonies, NO multiple misdemeanors)
o Must Pass Drug Screen Testing
o Must Have Own Reliable Transportation To and From Work, With Valid Driver's License
