Program Manager--ITIL Framework


6 Month project for a high profile Infrastructure Project with our direct client.

Under the direct supervision of the CTO, Lead the creation of a light weight program and portfolio approach for the IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, LIMS, etc.)
Be an active leader in a project to implement ITIL framework in the organization with specific focus on Configuration, Indicent, Service Mgt and problem management.


Specific duties include but not limited to:
Collect the current set of activities, projects, initiatives and programs
Consolidate, analyze, align categories of activities
Facilitate the PMO governance including facilitation of PMO discussions

Facilitate the creation of a solutions architecture for IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems
identify current state
facilitate the discussion of creating a future state
identify gaps and develop a roadmap with the SMEs
document the architectures
Must have:
detailed oriented
exceptional problem solving skills
ability to articluate complex issues
ability to negotiate and influence
effective communications to technical staff and excutives
experience with ITIL framework
Experience in managing financial budgets (capital and expense)

Years of Experience it IT management

Nice to have:
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tool set
Experience in working in an SAP shop

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
