Inside Sales Associate
Provide exceptional customer service while answering inbound telephone calls, processing customer orders, price book quotes, shipping requests and answering questions to maximize customer expectations.
Provide professional assistance to customers such as:
Write and expedite orders
Technical support
Accurate open order status
Handle problem situations
Support outside sales personnel
Make outbound sales calls to customers regarding promotions and specials
Maintain good working knowledge of all Stahl product lines
Work effectively with other departments to solve customer requests and questions
EDUCATION/
Experience:
1 to 3 years' experience in sales or customer service
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is preferred, but not essential
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Ability to motivate and persuade others to meet customer and business needs
Effective problem solver with good analytical skills
Some college, associates degree preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
