Assistant Dispatcher

Aim Integrated Logistics is looking for a ASSISTANT DISPATCHER.
In this position you will be expected to maintain effective communications with customers, and with drivers (regional and local) to ensure the timeliness of freight and equipment movement.
Assist Dispatcher with the following duties, plus other duties as assigned Assign drivers to duties in compliance with DOT HOS regulations Build effective labor schedule to handle projected freight volumes Work with the customer to continuously improve routing schedules Work with customer and management to improve loading Dispatch drivers on a timely basis Perform and reconcile yard checks of fleet Routine damage inspections of assigned fleet Review driver paperwork, including logs/trip sheets for accuracy Enter fuel data into approved workbook Work with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs Has a positive attitude and can think outside the box Clerical duties, data entry.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
