Field Supervisor
Responsible for the direct supervision of Care Partners
Responsible for in home orientation/training of Care Partners
Performs all Supervisory visits in accordance with scheduled frequency
Performs all initial visits and post-hospital visits as assgined
Hire Care Partners in the field when required
Performs Complaint Investigation as assgined
Communicates with Client Coordinator daily
Assists payroll with accurate documenatation of missed time
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
