QA Engineer (SDET) | 14130
We are seeking a Quality Engineer, Software Engineering in Test to perform quality assurance of complex, dynamic, web-based applications primarily utilizing automation technologies. This is a hands-on development position requiring technical expertise and creativity, a strong sense of ownership, great communication skills and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Here you will be working with cutting edge technologies to analyze, build, and develop the software platform for the next generation of B2B and Enterprise lending services. You will be collaborating with a top tier team of technology and financial professionals to help design, implement, and maintain the platform that processes and manages our external partner integrations and lending portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Create and update test case documentation based on product requirements and functional specifications.
Create test automation scripts using Selenium, Python, Java, JMeter, etc.
Execute test cases and test scripts, and report test statuses.
Report bugs and issues in a detailed and effective manner and work closely with development and product team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
Help develop, maintain and enforce the company's quality engineering standards.
Researches, evaluates, tests, deploys, and maintains test tools and utilities.
Skills & Experience
Required:

years of software testing experience with web services or APIs and web applications.
3
years of test automation experience using Selenium and/or Python
Experience with automation frameworks, such as Robot Test Framework, TestNG or JUnit.
Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies, including web browsers, HTTP, and HTML.
Excellent problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong skills in SQL and Relational Databases.
Experience with performance testing such as stress testing, load testing and reliability testing.
Experience with release management tools, including build automation and continuous integration and delivery using Jenkins or Hudson with Maven or ANT.
Experience with shell programming and scripting languages.
Experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Desired:
Passion for open source technologies, communities and philosophies.
Experience and/or interest in financial products and services.
Experience with Amazon Web Services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and RDS.
Experience with Big Data and NoSQL Technologies such as Elastic MapReduce and Redshift.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
