Injection Molding Process Technician
Express Employment Professionals is working with a Livingston County Manufacturer to fill an evaluation to hire Process Technician.
Position
Summary:
Growing Livingston County area automotive plastic component supplier is seeking experienced process technicians with shift flexibility.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Completes injection mold machine set ups and regulates temperature, volume, pressure and time settings to mold plastic materials.
- Completes dies changes as necessary.
- Training related to injection molding machines to include:
o Vandorns, Cincinnati s, Engles, etc.
o Robotic experience is a plus.
Additional requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read blueprints with knowledge of welding symbols
Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs/ladders
Good vision, hearing, smell, and balance
Performing any combination of duties to assist workers in welding, brazing, and cutting activities
Wage range: $17 -$22 depending on experience
