Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and professional RN Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and management of care team staff providing care for hospice and home health patients.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will work under the supervision of the Administrator/Director of Nursing to manage a team of professionals caring for hospice and home health patients. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality care is provided in compliance with all regulatory agency rules and regulations for hospice and home health care certification.
Additional tasks of the RN Clinical Supervisor include:
Directly managing and coordinating the nursing care program services rendered to patient and families
Assisting with the development and implementation of our nursing care standards and procedures
Coordinating hospice and home health care programs and providing assurance of continuity of care
Develops and monitors a process to monitor appropriate utilization of services
Review admissions, re-certifications, and discharges.
Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives. Develops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families
Monitor team caseloads and provides leadership in peak periods
Monitors clinical record review process. Case coordination oversight.
Coordination of team Quality Improvement activities with timely implementation of corrective action plans and ongoing monitors
Manages the coding process.
Serves on and periodically reviews policies relevant to patient care with the Advisory Committee
Directs and participates with on call system for after hours care.
Knowledge of software system HomeCare HomeBase or similar.
Location:
Position located at our Nacogdoches office serving Deep East Texas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of Associate's degree with equivalent experience required.
Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medicare certified Home Health and/or Hospice environment with progressively more responsibility.
Knowledge of Hospice care and regulations desired.
Current driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Compensation:

Additional pay for after hours or on call care provided when needed to support clinicians.
Company standard mileage.

Supplemental insurance (Aflac, life, vision, and disability) available for payroll deduction.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
