Inventory Specialist with previous inventory related experience is required; Contract to hire Job in Oxford, NC Day Shift Hours, M-FDuties and Responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist :
o Pack product orders and build kits in accordance with company policyo Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
o Assist in the inventory process.
o Verify orders in database to ensure proper bill to and ship to addresses, serialized pieces are correct, and the product ordered is available.
o Support inventory process by participating in cycle counts.
o Process and post orders.
o Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
o Ability to lift up to forty pounds.
o Handle assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
o Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, working efficiently to carry out tasks in assigned areas and assisting others when assigned work is complete.
o Ability to interact courteously and professionally during interactions with other employees, customers, or the public while representing company.
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
o Good organizational skills and has the ability to ensure proper data management.
o Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience.
