This includes planning, scheduling, researching, writing, and editing online and context-sensitive help, user guides, training materials, videos, release notes, Quick Reference cards, Marketing materials and knowledge base articles.
Expand and enhance existing documentation by researching technical support calls and adding real-life examples.
Complete documentation projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines for all deliverables.
Provide writing and editorial support to technical support, sales and marketing, and training groups as needed.
Provide valuable input into product usability, workflow, and feature design from an end user's perspectiveSuccessfully partner with software development team to create all documentation.

Come see why so many choose to continue their careers with Follett! Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Writing, or Journalism3-5 years technical writing experience Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced computer skills and ability to learn tools quickly.
Experience with RoboHelp, Captivate, and Publisher preferred.
Ability to understand and articulate the product's technical requirements and usage and translate these into information that our customers, both technical and non-technical, can understand.
Excellent writing skills in relation to technical documentation including spelling, grammar, and structure.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Commitment to ensure customer satisfaction by taking personal responsibility for service and quality.
Ability to follow through on issues.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
