Director of Nursing
A DIRECTOR OF NURSING is needed for a well established employee owned provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in Marshall, MI. Candidate must have 3
years experience as a successful Director of Nursing demonstrating excellent acute and long term care clinical nursing skills. Strong staff leadership, coupled with an educator role is preferred. A thorough knowledge of rules and regulations which affect long term care is mandatory along with a strong hands-on history record of successful state surveys. A degree in a related field or BSN would be a major plus but not mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
