Preservation contractor
Looking for experienced preservation contractors.
You must meet the following guidelines
Truck and trailer (photo will be required prior to work assignment)
General liability 1m, workers comp or comp exemption.
Commercial/industrial lawn mower, weed eater, edger, hedge trimmer, blower
Winterization kit and the knowledge to use it.
Power drill and basic hand tools
The ability to re-key locks on site (knowledge and a rekey kit)
Camera, computer, cell phone, and scanner. Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and scanning of and emailing PDF files.

Neat paper work, attention to detail, and clear photos are an absolute must.
