Job Requirements:
As a Precision Farming Specialist you will be responsible for driving Precision Farming Systems sales and providing sales support to our stores in your assigned territory. You will assist Store operations in determining stocking levels of Precision Farming systems and parts as well as perform installation/setup of Precision Farming Systems.
Additional
Responsibilities:
o Supporting Service Department technical support needs with installation, setup, delivery of units/systems
o Conducting product demonstrations, seminars and clinics for customers in our Stores, at trade shows, and at any other venues as needed
o Coordinating and conducting training sessions on Precision Farming Systems for our employees to better equip them to successfully sell the systems
o Coordinating and conducting training sessions on Precision Farming Systems and software for Customers
o Working with Stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with Precision Farming Systems
o Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors and ensuring excellent customer service
o Working with Stores to ensure all subscription services are properly managed

Additional requirements:
o College degree preferably in Agriculture
o Knowledge of various correction signals used in Precision Farming
o 2 -- 5
years of work experience in related Precision Farming positions
o Excellent organizational skills, effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
o Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer conflicts
o Ability to clearly communicate objectives, feedback, and manage through influence
o Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
o Ability to develop strong business relationships
o Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills
o Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
o Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Clean driving record -- background and drug testing required
o Ability to travel up to 60%
of the time
