Vice President, Pharmacy SolutionsFORWARD -thinking pharmacist will drive this organization to new markets and new products with their creativity and strategic planning around clinically-based specialty pharmacy products and health care services.
Direct the evaluation and analysis of specialty pharmacy cost of care and trend management and recommend improvements, including channel management, preferred drug lists, etc.
Lead the development of innovative benefit designs to promote adherence to care.
Oversee the development, integration and performance of clinical programs and ensure strong clinical quality initiatives are delivered.
Ensure operational goals and financial targets are met and/or exceededDevelop and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with vendors, regulatory agencies, internal departments and various stakeholdersWe are interviewing licensed Pharm D's with 7
years of clinical or operational pharmacy services experience, including 5
years of experience in specialty pharmacy benefit management.
Deep understanding of clinical, operational, pharma relations, and regulatory pharmacy practices and thorough knowledge of PBM programs and practices are required.
