Assistant Asset Manager
Location: Canonsburg - Southpointe
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 30K - 35K
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Asset/Portfolio Managers, this position is responsible for assisting with management of a portfolio of foreclosed residential properties nationwide. This position will aide in selling REO properties in the shortest amount of time for the highest possible sale price to value.
Job
Responsibilities:
o Data Entry to include keeping 2 systems updated with pertinent information
o Upload documents from Clients into PropertySmart and Res.net or any other system utilized by the Client to include resizing as necessary.
o Order and follow up on tasks in PropertySmart and Res.net.
o Order BPOs and or appraisal from vendors as requested
o Other general administrative tasks as requested
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
o Basic working Microsoft Office Skills
o Basic working computer knowledge
o Commitment to customer satisfaction
o Superior communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
o Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
