Levatas is seeking a Director of Accounts with expertise in hotel, hospitality, and tourism. This individual will lead a set of accounts within Levatas, as well as drive the way Levatas' Account Management team builds relationships to create value that our clients can't live without. The Levatas ethos is to have happy clients and be happy ourselves, and this role is critical to seeing this through.
As a Director of Accounts, you will roll up your sleeves and dig into our clients' businesses to understand their organizational goals and competitive environments in an effort to provide clarity and strategic direction that leads to measured success. You are the client's direct link to the agency and the one who connect clients to our projects, our work, and our thinking. You represent their interests, brand and vision, and promote a healthy tension with internal stakeholders as we fight for what's in our clients' best interests.
Internally, you will be a leader on the Account Management team and a core team builder, defining the team's visions, process, and standards, as well as ensuring that agency outputs meet and exceed client expectations. Stable, enduring client relationships are at the very heart ofEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
