We currently have an opportunity to join our team as an Oracle Database Administrator in Clearfield, UT. Please read below the responsibilities and requirements for this position. Description
This requirement is for Oracle System/Database Administration support, with emphasis in Oracle system administration, backups for system restoration, COOP backups and IT computer experience. The candidate shall have a familiarity with installation and configuration of new system software, programming language C/C+
running in a standard LE (language environment); html and web page construction along with Oracle Application Server (OAS) support experience.
The candidate will perform the following duties:
Database Manager/Administrator/Security functions to include, but not limited to, building new Oracle Database regions; migration of application database sub sys tems; troubleshooting and diagnostics of applications, system and vendor soft ware; and monitoring and tuning Oracle Database and appli cations Oracle Database software upgrades, installations and mainte nance, performing database hardening (STIG), patch management and reporting, and documentation. When requested, report to the Technical Action Officer (TAO).
Perform Database Administrator/Manager functions to include code, test, imple men tation and maintain database architectures. Analyze and resolve database system production problems and execute database utility require ments. Report findings to the TAO for review and comment.
Provide technical support for SQL net, PL/SQL, External Procedures, and Oracle security
Provide technical and security advice and consulting services during development of appli cation programs and system interfaces. Resolve problems that occur during program testing and in production modes
Monitor and evaluate Oracle database compliance with information technology security policies and requirements. The contractor shall provide advice and guidance in implementing IT security policies and procedures in the development and operation of network systems. The contractor shall conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, conducts systems security evaluations, audits and reviews, and assists the technicians with resolution of problems
Monitor database security logs for security violations and security incidents and report all suspicious activity to the site IAM.
Location
Work is performed on-site at our federal customer facility at Hill Air Force Base, UT. This location near the Wasatch Mountains provides numerous opportunities for year round recreation.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS versions 10g and 11g, Oracle Application Server 10g, Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, WebLogic, PL/SQL, RMAN, Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Grid Control. New products may be introduced as a result of Customer requests, standardization, or vendor directives

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
