Program: Educational Programs
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours/week

Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of Recreation and Expanded Core Activities for the Grousbeck Center for Students and Technology (GCST), this position will be responsible for the operational oversight of the Radio Station/Recording Studio and student activities centered in this area of GCST Student Center. In addition, this position will work in close collaboration with Educational Programs staff in designing and implementing student programs and activities with a focus on Radio and Recording.
Responsibilities include:
Provide ongoing Radio Station and Music Studio Maintenance and Repair
In collaboration with Coordinator of Recreation and Expanded Core Activities, manage billing, website and online content, and policies related to the operation of the program.
Provide ongoing technical and programmatic support to Radio Classes including the development of a Level Two course.
Provide support to all Educational Programs recording and music projects
In collaboration with Educational Programs Staff, conduct after school Radio Drama Club.
Provide technical and coordination support for GCST concerts
Provide training for Educational Programs staff on Radio and Music Studio Equipment
In collaboration with the Coordinator of Recreation and Expanded Core Curriculum, work to develop new Assistive Technology for students with visual impairment
Support Trust and Communications special events
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from college or university.
Experience in Radio and Music Recording.
Ability to effectively lead and participate with Educational Programs teams to provide student opportunities in Radio and Music Recording.
Ability to effectively present information regarding the GCST student programs to staff and visitors.
Knowledge of Apple and Microsoft operating systems and ability to perform IT requests.
Ability to troubleshoot studio, broadcast and recording problems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
