This position will be the point person for all User Acceptance Testing for the migration of source data into client M6 Database.
The UAT Lead will have responsibility over all aspects of UAT, to include managing business resources, test plan/case creation and management, providing timely and accurate reporting to designated Project Manager's, Management personnel, and Senior Leadership. The UAT Lead must have the aptitude and capability for the overall User Acceptance Testing process, be able to manage the progress of the development /test cycle, in preparation for the go-live phase for the project. The candidate should have a telecom background and be familiar with the Oracle MSS product.

Responsibilities:
o Maintain a working knowledge of all systems utilized by team.
o Have the ability to answer technical and procedural questions related to the project.
o Work with business partners to define a comprehensive test plan and prepare the test cases within designated system.
o Effectively manage the output of work done by testers - progression, regression, and functional testing.
o Facilitate working sessions, both remotely and in person to meet the deadlines of each testing cycle
o Create and track defects, ensure timely re-testing on resolved issues
o Provide timely and accurate metrics
o Ability to work with IT Development Team to drive resolutions as a result of testing defects
Job Requirements:
o 3
years experience with Oracle MSS/M6 version 6.0 or higher with experience in Ordering (ASR, ISR, PSR, and EWO), Infrastructure, Security Permissions and Controls, Equipment, Work Management, and Broadband modules
o 3
years experience in a Lead User Acceptance Testing role
o Proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills
o Ability to work extended hours and be on call for evenings, weekend, and holidays
o Strong project coordination and decision making skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to use PL/SQL
o Professional and interpersonal skills
o Self-initiative and leadership skills
o Ability to work remotely with possibility to travel and be on location for extended periods of time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
