We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual for the following opportunity:
Role: The role of a Bellman is to create an exceptional customer service experience. Decisions and actions should be based on StorQuest's Mission at all times.

2. Maintenance
Efficiently performs ground maintenance including: cut and trim grass, weeding, landscaping, fence repair, and snow/yard debris removal.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of routine building repairs including: sprinkler systems, gutters and downspouts, and minor asphalt repair.
Assists in cleanliness of the property including: sweeping & cleaning floors, units, hallways, and washing roll-up doors.
Familiar with use of caulking, sealants, finishes, paints, and adhesives.
Perform wall repairs on CMU, concrete, metal, wood, and aluminum structures.
Perform minor framing, hang doors, install drywall, sweat/fit copper and minor welding.
Seeks out opportunities to learn more and increase skills.

Only operates equipment trained to use and that appears to be in good working order.
Uses approved & proper lifting techniques: bends knees, lift with legs, keep back straight, etc
Uses the correct tools for the job.
Follows StorQuest's established safety policies and procedures.
6. STORE OPERATIONS
Maintains store grounds, landscaping and fence lines to standards, daily.
Maintains lights, doors and gate systems and conducts other basic maintenance.
Presents a professional, well-groomed appearance in StorQuest uniform.
Completes inspections and required maintenance on rental trucks.
Performs and follows-up on daily lock checks and proactively identifies potential pest, clean-up, or security problems.
Possesses capability of driving a moving truck.
Maintain a balanced schedule for pick-up time for free truck and driver program.
Ensure that the truck is well equipped with necessary equipment prior to pick-up.
Prepare and assist tenant with equipment needed for initial pick-up.
Delivers professional service to tenant to ensure the highest quality moving experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
