Senior Operations Manager- Full_Time Hours
We are now conducting a search for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Senior Management Team.
Candidates should have a proven record of employee management with strong leadership skills and experience in a performance-based culture. We are in the service industry, with maintenance/cleaning being our main focus, so we are seeking someone that has relevant industry experience specifically managing similar companies that relate to Maintenance, Restoration, or Cleaning.
The successor of this position will be responsible for managing, building, and developing the janitorial staff along with scheduling, training, cost control, quality, safety and employee relations.
Most of this work is second shift but does not require over-nights. We are seeking someone that has solid management experience for a minimum of 5 years, along with being directly responsible for 50
staff members.
