VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Job Description:
Answer phones, take reservations, and check guests into/out of hotel.
Treat guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance and lobby/desk at all times.
Maintain and provide accurate information on hotel facilities and policies.
Comply with all accounting procedures.
Maintain effective communication within Front Office and Management.
Understand and operate front office and telephone computer systems, and equipment such as Hotel Reservation System, Key Card Machine, Credit Card Machines, etc.
Assist housekeeping when they are busy or need help.
