PC SYSTEMS ENGINEER

The candidate for our worldwide client will need to be experienced in the install and support systems, servers and peripherals (including phone system) utilizing Microsoft Windows platform to ensure a smooth computing environment.
Responsibilities:
Technical support of all network workstations and printers.
Working with Widows, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, Group Policies, and Active Directory
End user support of applications including Windows workstations, MS-Office, E-mail, Utilities and various standalone applications.
Build and support Microsoft Servers and business applications such as E-Mail
Manage projects to select, design, configure and roll out software and hardware on a local, regional, or global level.
Support the operation of the Storage Area Networks (NetApp SANs) that handle file management for East Windsor, Stamford and other major sites worldwide.
Ability to evaluate, select, purchase, install and support new software and hardware as required in support of the network and end users.
Work with other system engineers on global network issues.
Will manage projects that involve rolling out hardware and software on a regional or global scope.
Support Siemens HiPath PBX.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Microsoft technologies: Windows, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and Active Directory
MS-Office, E-mail, Utilities
Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation OS
VMware ESX, Cisco networking, firewalls preferred
Experience on a local, regional, and global level
8 years of experience or 5 years of experience with a degree, diploma, and/or Certifications in computer science or computer engineering.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
