Our client currently has an immediate need for a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift.
This is a permanent, direct hire position.
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
Managing, coaching and training Associates Ensuring production goals are being met Maintaining safety Reducing waste and improving costs Evaluating and disciplining Associates Implement lean manufacturing processes and promote continuous improvement projects Requirements of the Production Supervisor include:
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing Good communication and leadership skills Willing to work 2nd shift Omni One specializes in the placement of Engineers and Technical Professionals.
