Master Scheduler

We are currently seeking a Master Scheduler who will be responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule to efficiently synchronize manufacturing operations, effectively utilize production capacity, minimize overall inventory while satisfying customer demand. This position will provide direction to the Production Planners to achieve corporate manufacturing objectives.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Maintain a rolling Master Production Schedule, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP, for designated systems and components based on sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints.
o Successfully manage execution of the Master Production Schedule to the manufacturing order level by providing direction to Production Planners.
o Maintain long-range production forecasts.
o Perform supply demand analysis, projecting supply chain and internal capacity requirements/constraints.
o Develop inventory targets and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.
o Project finished goods inventory levels on a quarterly basis. Achieve desired corporate inventory turn targets.
o Quantitatively monitor actual output versus the Master Production Schedule. Identify gaps and drive improvements to consistently achieve schedule adherence.
o Timely reporting of key metrics.
o Support the S&OP process meetings to review service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
Qualifications:
Education /
Experience:
o A Bachelor's Degree with 5 years relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 10 years relevant experience.
o Preferred area of study: Supply Chain Management, Operation Research or Business Administration.
o Experience using MRP / ERP systems, including master production scheduling and demand management functionalities.
o Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience with master production scheduling, capacity planning and efficient inventory management.
o Experience with Lean pull systems utilizing Kanban techniques
o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.
o Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
o Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
o Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
o Proficient in MS office applications, particularly with Microsoft Excel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
