Responsibilities: Provide electro-mechanical field services for industrial electric motors, generators and related equipment
1.Motor installation and commissioning
Rigging
Aligning
Baseline vibration and thermal data collection
2. Predictive maintenance services:
Perform vibration and signature analysis
Perform thermal imaging
Perform MCE testing, utilizing PdMA technology
Build data bases
3.Preventive maintenance services:
Cleaning of equipment
Commutator, collector ring, brush-holder and brush services
Alignment services, including laser alignment
4.Trouble shooting
Identify and solve electrical and mechanical problems
Root cause failure analysis
5.Call on customers for sales or service.
Minimum
Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma.
2 years' experience associated with AC/DC Motors or Industrial Maintenance.
Must be familiar with vibration and MCE testing.
Must have valid Driver's License
Preferred
Qualifications:
Associate Degree or the equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years associated with AC/DC Motors or Industrial Maintenance.
Must be proficient with vibration and MCE testing.
Level II Vibration and Level I Thermal Imaging certifications required.
Must have valid Driver's License
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
