o 4 EVENINGS ON / 3 DAYS OFF
o 25-30 HOURS PER WEEK
o $9.00 per HOUR
Requirements:
o STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF COMPUTERS, FAX, AND TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
o VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL, SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR HOSPITALITY(minimum 1 year)
o EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
o OPEN EVENING, WEEKEND, AND HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY
o MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, COLLEGE IS PREFERED
Job Description:
o Answer phones, take reservations, and check guests into/out of hotel.
o Treat guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
o Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance and lobby/desk at all times.
o Maintain and provide accurate information on hotel facilities and policies.
o Comply with all accounting procedures.
o Maintain effective communication within Front Office and Management.
o Understand and operate front office and telephone computer systems, and equipment such as Hotel Reservation System, Key Card Machine, Credit Card Machines, etc.
o Assist housekeeping when they are busy or need help.
