Family Law Paralegal
A Downtown Columbia law firm seeks a paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
Qualifications:
Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
Must be proficient knowledge of computers,
Able to type 65+wpm accurately,
Communicate well with others,
DAY TO DAY
Responsibilities:
Draft legal correspondence,
Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
Maintain case files,
Assist in billing,
Assist with discovery,
Monitor county dockets,
Accurate calendaring,
Other support duties assigned by attorney.
