In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by branch management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operations. Priority Picking, Sense of urgency to complete picks timely, Ensure picks are done accurately and material is in sellable condition, Courteous to customers while delivering material on counter, Follow proper processes (SOP) and use exceptions when necessary. Wave Picking, Ensure picks are done accurately and material is in sellable condition, Follow proper processes (SOP) and use exceptions when necessary, Ensure material is properly staged, May be asked to put loads together and load outbound trucks, Replenishment, Responsible for making sure this task is done daily, Execute commands to all areas (warehouse and counter). Follow proper processes (SOP) and use exceptions when necessary. Ensure locations are neat and organized. Ensure the integrity of the inventory. Communicate issues via the Problem form. Assist in physical inventories by helping to count (twice/year). Conducted over the weekend. Attend warehouse meetings. Conducted at least monthly . Communicate warehouse concerns to the management team. Maintain the security of the warehouse. Perform regular facility and safety inspections. Report any accidents to warehouse management. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment and trucks .Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service. Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures (OSHA, DOT, etc.). Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company. Work overtime as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
