Our client, located in Plymouth meeting, PA is seeking a Business Analyst for an immediate direct hire position. Details include:
Responsibilities:
- Work with the business and IT to deliver the best solutions as prioritized by the company's strategic and productivity goals
- Analyze and document how the business need impacts other systems and processes
- Write use cases, specifications and business requirements along with needed process flows
- Define/execute test conditions and works with the business to reach approval
- Work well in a fast paced team environment and manage/drive multiple requests to successful completion in a prompt and professional manner while communicating issue/status to appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 6
years of business/IT mortgage experience in processing/sales/compliance
- Proven track record of delivering documents/requests/changes combined with the ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities for the process and systems changes
- Ability to assess/improve business processes and providing solutions
- Ability to clearly articulate, effectively author and present requirement documents
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capable of expressing complex issues to a broad audience including the benefit analysis and thorough understanding of the purpose and impacts
- Ability to lead/manage/drive requirement/request meetings with minimal management oversight
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business stakeholder teams
- Enjoy learning and working in a challenging/changing environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
