The Top of the Hill Grill is now open and caters to our golfing guests and to the public. Our new open air grill offers a selection of burgers, sandwiches and salads served under a spacious patio overlooking the golf course and Beautiful Tellico Lake. Our award-winning Chef Robert Allen, has created the perfect menu with a creative twists to make each items unique and delicious.
Job Description:
Servers at the Top of the Hill Grill will cater to the golfing guests, property owners and the public. Servers will also assist food service for the numerous golf outings and tournaments hosted by WindRiver Golf Club throughout the year. Even though the atmosphere is casual, the attention to details and the service standards will be at the highest standards. Servers will need to be able to communicate to our guests and have complete knowledge of the menu and overall golf operations. Servers will receive both on-the-job training and structured training to perform at a high level. Candidates must be able to advance through the training process on a timely basis.
Beverage cart staff will be responsible to for selling food and beverage items on the golf course. Beverage cart staff will be required to work in a safe and responsible manner and adhere to company internal control standards. Typical shifts are between 6-8 hours in length.
Server Job Duties:
Servers at the Top of the Hill Grill will assist the kitchen staff in preparing the grill for service. They will take orders and deliver to tables. o
Must be able to operate our point of sale system and have a valid ABC card.
Servers will deliver meals, stock coolers, buss tables, take payment and maintain the cleanliness of the facility. An outgoing and up beat personality is a must.
Training, Compensation &
Benefits: ?
All servers are compensated on an hourly basis (standard industry rates) PLUS gratuity.
All servers will receive both on-the-job and structured training in all aspects of Top of the Hill Grill's steps of service. ?
All servers are hired into a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, tenure and growth of the business. Full-time positions are eligible for full benefits as offered by KemperSports Management.
Server Skills and
Qualifications: ?
Prior service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Prior experience in a golfing environment is a PLUS. ?
Positive Attitude, Works well in a team environment, Success Driven, Reliable and Professional Appearance. ?
Servers and beverage cart staff must have a strong attention to details and excellent communication skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
