Duties Include:
Assisting Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
Implementation of proper staffing budget; overseeing and disciplining staff according to facility protocols.
Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis, and ordering weekly food needs.
Assure that the dietary department is maintained and consistently operates in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.
Other assigned duties as directed by the Administrator.
Requirements Include:
Experience in healthcare settings preferred .
Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal guidelines.
Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
